Technical difficulties
It has been brought to our attention that some people are having difficulty viewing RC's photos and graphics today -- even RC Headquarters is experiencing this problem. We're not sure what the problem is, but RC's crack team of computer engineers is on the case, and hopefully we'll be able to figure out why the Internet gods are smiting us.
RC needs your help. Please tell us in the comment section of this post whether or not you can see both the photos and the RC logos, or if you're merely seeing a little rectangle where they should be.

no prob on viewing the pics/graphics for myself.
Thanks for the comments. Apparently the problem is more limited in scope than we originally thought. Even the computer here at the RC Northern Command is displaying the graphics properly.
Is anyone else having difficulties? We may have to consider a different image hosting service.
Everything's fine with me. BTW - I discovered your blog about a week ago. Great stuff.
OK, after some tests, we're pretty sure that the problems experienced earlier today are firewall issues, rather than bandwith or storage issues. RC uses "Hello" -- a free service offered by blogger -- in order to post photos to the Net, and we were worried that we may have exceeded our free storage and/or bandwith limit. However, that doesn't appear to be the case, and we don't think there even is a storage limit on "Hello" right now.
That's both good news and bad news. The good news is that RC doesn't have to worry about changing anything -- "Hello" is a good service that we're happy with. The bad news is that the folks having firewall issues are going to continue having them.
Of course, if you're having a firewall problem, that means you're probably slacking off at work anyway, so we don't feel sorry for you. Get back to work, you lazy bastard!
I'm going to move this thread down so it doesn't take away attention from today's featured column. -Dave
